A couple years ago we began an upgrade program usinig EnigMAT PCMs. We added a suspended ceiling and the PCM blankets to 46 of our traditional drive up storage units. By adding the EnigMAT product, the temperatures in the units have stay well within the temperatures guaranteed by "Conditioned Space" rentals. Our rental rates reflect local "conditioned spacce" pricing models, improving our ROI, and achieving near 100% rental status".
